This Privacy Policy explains what information the Capsa Banting game ("the Game") uses, why, and the choices you have. The Game is a card game played offline against computer opponents with virtual chips only. Virtual chips have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
Summary. We do not operate our own servers and do not collect your name, email address, phone number or precise location. Game progress is stored on your device and, if you sign in with Google Play Games, in your own Google account. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier.
1. Information stored on your device
The Game saves the following on your device so it works between sessions:
- Your virtual chip balance, experience points (EXP), selected avatar and your win / draw / loss record.
- Settings: sound, music, language, table, carpet and card-back choices.
- Technical records needed for purchases (purchase tokens of completed purchases, so a purchase is credited only once) and whether you bought "Remove Ads".
This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it.
2. Google Play Games Services (optional)
If you sign in with Google Play Games, the Game uses Google Play Games Services to:
- Sign you in – the Game receives your Play Games display name and player ID.
- Leaderboard – your chip balance (and your selected avatar ID) is posted to the "Top Chips" leaderboard. Your Play Games display name and score may be visible to other players, depending on your Play Games profile visibility settings.
- Cloud save (Saved Games) – your progress (display name, chip balance, EXP, avatar, win / draw / loss record) is saved in your Google account so you can continue on another device. This data is stored by Google, not by us.
Signing in is optional; you can play without it. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage your Play Games profile, visibility and data in the Google Play Games app or your Google account.
3. In-app purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (chip packs and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase) through Google Play Billing. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive your payment card or bank details. The Game receives only the information needed to deliver what you bought (such as the product ID, order ID and purchase token). See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Play's terms for how Google processes payments.
Purchased virtual chips are for entertainment only and have no cash value.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows banner and interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob, unless you purchase "Remove Ads". To deliver, measure and (where permitted) personalise ads, Google may collect and process information such as:
- Your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID),
- Device and app information (for example device model, operating system, app version),
- Your IP address and approximate location derived from it,
- Interactions with ads.
Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are requested. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).

6. What we do not do
- We do not run our own servers or databases for the Game, and we do not receive copies of your game data.
- We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- The Game does not offer real-money gambling or any opportunity to win money or real prizes.
7. Children
The Game contains simulated casino-style card gameplay and is intended for adults (18+ or the age of majority where you live). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the Game and provided information through it, please contact us and we will help remove it where we can.
8. Data retention and deletion
- On your device: kept until you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
- Google Play Games (leaderboard and cloud save): stored in your Google account. You can delete your Play Games data for this game from the Google Play Games app (profile settings) or through your Google account.
- Advertising data: retained by Google according to Google's policies; you can reset your advertising ID at any time.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold your game data on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised directly with Google (see sections 2–4) or by deleting the Game's data on your device. 10. Security
Data sent to Google services is protected in transit by those services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we rely on Google's platform security for the services listed above and keep the information the Game stores to the minimum it needs.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted in the Game's store listing or in the Game.

1. Informasi yang disimpan di perangkat Anda

Informasi ini tetap berada di perangkat Anda dan tidak dikirimkan kepada kami. Menghapus instalan Game atau menghapus datanya akan menghapus informasi tersebut.
2. Google Play Games Services (opsional)
Jika Anda masuk dengan Google Play Games, Game menggunakan Google Play Games Services untuk:
- Masuk (sign-in) – Game menerima nama tampilan dan ID pemain Play Games Anda.
- Papan peringkat – saldo chip Anda (beserta ID avatar yang dipilih) dikirim ke papan peringkat "Top Chip". Nama tampilan dan skor Play Games Anda dapat terlihat oleh pemain lain, tergantung pengaturan visibilitas profil Play Games Anda.
- Simpanan cloud (Saved Games) – progres Anda (nama tampilan, saldo chip, EXP, avatar, catatan menang / seri / kalah) disimpan di akun Google Anda agar dapat dilanjutkan di perangkat lain. Data ini disimpan oleh Google, bukan oleh kami.
Masuk bersifat opsional; Anda dapat bermain tanpa masuk. Cara Google menangani data ini dijelaskan dalam Kebijakan Privasi Google. Anda dapat mengelola profil, visibilitas, dan data Play Games melalui aplikasi Google Play Games atau akun Google Anda.
3. Pembelian dalam aplikasi
Game menyediakan pembelian dalam aplikasi yang bersifat opsional (paket chip dan pembelian satu kali "Hapus Iklan") melalui Google Play Billing. Pembayaran sepenuhnya ditangani oleh Google Play; kami tidak pernah menerima data kartu pembayaran atau rekening bank Anda. Game hanya menerima informasi yang diperlukan untuk memberikan apa yang Anda beli (seperti ID produk, ID pesanan, dan token pembelian). 4. Iklan (Google AdMob)

- ID iklan perangkat Anda (Android Advertising ID),

- Interaksi dengan iklan.
Jika diwajibkan oleh hukum (misalnya di Wilayah Ekonomi Eropa, Inggris, dan Swiss), Game meminta persetujuan Anda melalui User Messaging Platform milik Google sebelum iklan diminta. Anda dapat mengatur ulang atau menghapus ID iklan, atau menolak iklan yang dipersonalisasi, di pengaturan perangkat (Setelan > Google > Iklan atau Setelan > Privasi > Iklan, tergantung perangkat).

6. Yang tidak kami lakukan
- Kami tidak menjalankan server atau basis data sendiri untuk Game, dan kami tidak menerima salinan data game Anda.
- Kami tidak meminta atau mengumpulkan nama, alamat email, nomor telepon, kontak, foto, atau lokasi persis Anda.
- Kami tidak menjual informasi pribadi Anda.
- Game tidak menawarkan perjudian dengan uang sungguhan atau kesempatan memenangkan uang atau hadiah nyata.
7. Anak-anak
Game ini berisi simulasi permainan kartu bergaya kasino dan ditujukan untuk orang dewasa (18+ atau usia dewasa sesuai tempat tinggal Anda). Game ini tidak ditujukan untuk anak-anak, dan kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan informasi pribadi dari anak-anak. Jika Anda yakin seorang anak telah menggunakan Game dan memberikan informasi melaluinya, silakan hubungi kami dan kami akan membantu menghapusnya sejauh yang dapat kami lakukan.
8. Penyimpanan dan penghapusan data
- Di perangkat Anda: disimpan hingga Anda menghapus instalan Game atau menghapus datanya.
- Google Play Games (papan peringkat dan simpanan cloud): disimpan di akun Google Anda. Anda dapat menghapus data Play Games untuk game ini melalui aplikasi Google Play Games (pengaturan profil) atau akun Google Anda.
- Data iklan: disimpan oleh Google sesuai kebijakan Google; Anda dapat mengatur ulang ID iklan kapan saja.
9. Hak Anda
Tergantung tempat tinggal Anda (termasuk berdasarkan Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi Indonesia No. 27 Tahun 2022 dan, jika berlaku, GDPR), Anda mungkin memiliki hak untuk mengakses, memperbaiki, menghapus, atau membatasi penggunaan data pribadi Anda, serta menarik persetujuan. Karena kami tidak menyimpan data game Anda di server kami sendiri, sebagian besar hak ini dijalankan langsung melalui Google (lihat bagian 2–4) atau dengan menghapus data Game di perangkat Anda. 10. Keamanan
Data yang dikirim ke layanan Google dilindungi selama transmisi oleh layanan tersebut. Tidak ada metode penyimpanan atau transmisi yang sepenuhnya aman, tetapi kami mengandalkan keamanan platform Google untuk layanan yang disebutkan di atas dan membatasi informasi yang disimpan Game seminimal yang diperlukan.
11. Perubahan kebijakan ini
Kami dapat memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi ini ketika Game berubah. Tanggal berlaku di bagian atas menunjukkan versi terbaru. Perubahan penting akan diberitahukan di halaman toko Game atau di dalam Game.
